My name is Conley and this site is all about fitness.  I want it to be the number site that people go to find out things about fitness and nutrition that they can’t find or that helps them with their problem as an individual.  This is site is for you so if there anything out there that you don’t understand or don’t know if you should try.  This is where you can find that info.

If there isn’t a post for it then ask for it and I will make it happen.  We want you to have a great body.  The only way you can do that is to know how to help your body.  Just because other people had great results with a product or diet doesn’t mean the same system will work for you.  You have to find the right program that fits into your life and the way you live it.

Who is Conley?

My name is Conley Oliver.  I began training basketball players over 20 years ago.  After playing in college and having to get a real job.  My fitness and health took a backseat.  Although I was able to stay in shape through coaching.  I still wasn’t in the best shape of my life.  And I wanted to know how to get back into shape.  But how do I do it when I am working, coaching, and raising children?

Well it’s not easy that’s for sure.  Learning to balance your life is hard but it is also the only way to get the most out of it.  We get caught in the day-to-day activities and lose site of what is really important.  What good is living if you can’t enjoy the things around you.

So I took steps in my own life to make changes and become better.  I am actually still working on it every day and its a lot of work.  But if you think you can just do a diet or even P90X and that will be it.  I am sorry to tell you it won’t last.  My goal is tell help you become healthier.  Not 30,000 people at a time.  ONE at a time.
